Just a quick message to say how extremely impressed I am with Caitlyn’s service at TJM Rockhampton. After being mucked around for over 5 weeks from another company for side steps and rails I ordered for my Hilux, I rang TJM Rockhampton and Caitlyn answered the phone. I was at breaking point and so upset. It was my lucky day, as at the time TJM had a fantastic deal (as usual) for side steps and rails and they were compatible for my Hilux. Caitlyn reassured me that the order would be made the day I rang and they would be in store for pickup within 2-3 days, and she was right. I received my order and was very happy with the product.
